Autistic Spectrum and Energetic Healing

The SCIO works quickly and effectively on balancing the Autistic brain patterns. Perhaps the quantum field of the SCIO matches the special frequencies of the autism, allowing the effective stress releases to occur according to individual situations. I have found in my work with the children of the Autistic Spectrum Disorders a special awakening process that involves the physical, spiritual and mental resistances and coordinates the release in a most beautiful way. My favorite part of my work is to watch the child focus on me during the session as if they ‘feel’ the shift within them at that moment. Please enjoy the letter from Mrs. McIntosh below about her child, Necolai, an extraordinary two-year old boy.

LETTER:

“My son Necolai was diagnosed with Autism at two-years old, shortly thereafter we began biofeedback sessions with Caroline Walrad. We have had a total of four treatments and the results have been phenomenal. Before we met with Dr. Walrad, Necolai exhibited several classically Autistic symptoms such as toe walking, lack of eye contact, head banging, and a more than 50% speech delay. He would not respond to his name and we could not give him any kind of verbal direction. In general, he was isolated and it was impossible to connect with him unless it was on his terms. From the moment we began biofeedback and supplement treatments we noticed several positive changes. Today, he is 33 months old and the Autistic-like symptoms are almost unnoticeable. He has opened up in so many ways. He has responded beautifully to his traditional speech therapy and is now beginning to engage in spontaneous and reciprocal question and answer conversations. Additionally, he has begun mimicking and attempting to play with other children. Most impressively, he is responding to verbal directions and showing affection towards others spontaneously and when requested. I still feel like he has some catching up to do, however I believe that the treatments he has received from Dr. Walrad have made this possible. I believe that with continued SCIO biofeedback and supplemental nutrition as well as traditional speech and behavioral therapy he will continue to show exceptional growth and improvement. I strongly believe that he is well on his way to being considered "in recovery" from Autism.”

LETTER:

My son is 11 years old and was diagnosed with Autism at age 3. We had reached a point in his social and emotional development where behavior modification, rewards and consequences, point systems, etc were no longer working.

Through Cameron’s behavioral psychologist we found Caroline Walrad Ph.D, CN in September 2008. The changes in Cameron’s behavior and outlook have been nothing but positive over time. In six months of biofeedback, much of Cameron’s fears and anger have simply dissipated. It is easy for me, his mother, to notice such changes as I see him succeed now in situations he used to struggle with. What is far more impressive to me however is that his teachers observe a marked change in his sociability. Apparently, it must be obvious. One of his teachers joked that he didn’t think Cameron had Autism anymore. This came after watching Cameron’s behavior with peers in the computer lab over the last four weeks - helping, joking and laughing out loud. Hearing a report like that meant more to me than when he earns straight A’s. I attribute these positive changes to the Quantum biofeedback therapy combined with homeopathic remedies. Dr. Walrad is a gift to my entire family. We are so grateful!

LETTER:

The following is a note from Nataniel’s mother, Liz, to Caroline Walrad. Nathaniel has completed four sessions with Dr. Walrad.

He (Nathaniel is 10 years old) had a really good day today. At his doctor's appointment he was full of questions for the nurse and the doctor. It was pretty funny! He had a good speech therapy session. Also, I wanted to tell you that I got a note from his teacher and she said, "I see a lot of growth in Nathaniel." When he returns back to school after a break it usually takes him from 3-4 weeks to get back on track again. Well, he's been doing good and I've had nothing but positive reports for his first week back to school! I'm so excited for him!

The SCIO

The SCIO is an extraordinary biofeedback device that allows the child to relax and balance according to their own need to heal. It is important to understand that the SCIO system is a CLOSED-LOOP system. The practitioner has no involvement in the results of the testing. The SCIO is constantly asking the participant to respond to frequencies and then these frequencies are returned in a stress reduction process. Now we must consider the extent to which these frequencies balance. The brain has stress reduction through balancing, the digestive system, injury physical and emotional, and more. Each topic is approached according to the individual responses of the child.
