My
Philosophy in Practice

The philosophy of my practice involves a number of levels of thought. My
highest principal is one of faith in a loving creator that made us and is in
us and binds all living things together with the power of love. I like to
believe that those coming to see me for help have been guided to do so
because they are ready to shed some part of themselves that keeps them from
health. I want each person in my office to be healthy on all levels. I will
play a part in this. I feel that freedom is one of the highest necessities
for true health. This includes freedom from fear, from pain, freedom to
move, to think clearly, to speak and act from the heart and to love fully
and feel the range of emotions we are entitled to.. The goal is to find the
core of our beings and feel good there.
Another philosophy of my practice is the onion theory. I believe we carry
years of unsolved trauma and unmet needs within our bodies. What we cannot
spiritually resolve, we ‘wear.’ No matter what this is we wear, it does
limit us some how. Sometimes trauma just happens to us. Sometimes we attract
it into our lives out of delusions we have created to protect us. For
example, we don’t like to drive on a freeway and get very nervous if we must
do so. At one time we may have had an accident or came very close to having
one or were stranded on the highway and the fear of it happening again is
paralyzing. We believe it will happen again if we drive the freeway so we
stay home. If we do go out, we are so nervous that perhaps we do create the
same scenario because our fears are so obsessive. Our freedom to go places
is taken away by us out of delusion. We believe we are protected from harm
if we stay home. When that layer of fear is resolved, we sleep better, have
better relationships, enjoy a road trip, etc. A new layer comes up. Then, we
deal with this one. Each layer that is peeled back gives us new freedoms in
life. New health. Many times our work is simple and quick together. Some
times we must go back through many layers to release unresolved issues. My
goal is to help my client go through these layers and enjoy the discoveries.
Getting attached to an outcome is not my stance, but rejoicing in the
outcome is my greatest pleasure.
My education and experience allows me to look at all of one’s symptoms in a
physiological view, a psychological view, a homotoxicology view, and a
spiritual view. Our bodies are dynamic living communication pathways. It is
important to look for the breaks in the communication loops, especially
among our organs. The EPFX allows us to participate in the dynamitis of the
moment and bring stress relief to the energy loops and organs of the body.
Our conversations allow us to uncover what is truly unhealthy in our day to
day living and our goal of getting well is the true motivator. I believe
that I am an educated therapist, mentor and teacher, a team player and a
great listener. I have seen very few people not get well.
